What are tasks and subtasks?

The management of scheme operations is crucial to the scheme's monitoring of progress. This module refers to both construction quality and time management.

Every plan requires a specific set of tasks to be completed. These tasks are created based on the payment milestones, and each task will include subtasks that require contractor submissions and TPA validation.

Definition of Task

A task is a subset of a major activity that is linked to the payment of a bill to the contractor on completion of all aspects after verification by the TPA. Please refer to the image below for more understanding.  Please note that the data in the images is representative.

For example

The development of ESR has four payment milestones. Each of the milestones is a task in this system

for example

ESR Foundation (15%) will be task

ESR Staging (25%) will be task

ESR Installation (40%) will be task

ESR Completion (20%) will be task

Definition of subtask

Each of the tasks will have a submission, which is called a subtask.  Based on the requirements of the task, the contractor will update the photos and images.

Subtask verification

All the tasks that are required to be verified by the TPA will be automatically identified by the system, and the TPA will review the subtasks, along with the answer to be submitted by the TPA.
