How to reply to a specific message

This feature lets you reply to a specific message in a conversation.

How it works:
Hover your cursor over the message you will see a Reply option. Click on the Reply, type the message and send.

Purpose:
Reply to a specific message instantly and let the receiver know the context of your message in case of a continuous discussion.

Benefit:
No more scrolling up and re-writing the message, you can instantly reply to the message and not deviate from your point.
